Spring Contact Plunger (Pogo) is a Connector Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀1.5–5 mm, lengths 12–26 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀5 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KONB-PGO-09 at 26 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀0.8–2.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is KONB-PGO-01: 12 mm long at ⌀1.5 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 8.0. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to h6 tolerance; the smallest is KONB-PGO-01 (⌀1.5 mm) and the largest KONB-PGO-10 (⌀5 mm). The family includes tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
