Threaded Decorative Finial is a Custom Turned Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀8–20 mm, lengths 12–26 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEB-FIN-20 at 26 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M4 to M10), taper turning and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEB-FIN-06: 12 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 1.5. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is OZEB-FIN-06 (⌀8 mm) and the largest OZEB-FIN-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, tapered, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
