The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKA-BLP-12F at 23 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12) and hex flat milling (AF 7–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RAKA-BLP-06F: 15 mm long at ⌀11.5 mm, L/D 1.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
