Manufacturing Scope
Push-in Fitting Stud is a Fittings family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀11.5–19.6 mm, lengths 17–32 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless steel or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKA-PIS-12B at 32 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 10–17) and axial drilling (⌀2.5–9 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RAKA-PIS-12B: 32 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 1.6. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is RAKA-PIS-04 (⌀11.5 mm) and the largest RAKA-PIS-12B (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
