The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKA-QCP-12L at 46 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 10–17) and taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RAKA-QCP-06L: 33 mm long at ⌀11.5 mm, L/D 2.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
