The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKB-BLK-10 at 49 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (7 sizes from M5 to M12x1.5), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning and axial drilling (⌀2.5–8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
