Barbed Hose Tail is a Fittings family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀9.2–19.6 mm, lengths 24–46 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKA-BHT-12L at 46 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀2.5–9 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RAKA-BHT-05: 25 mm long at ⌀9.2 mm, L/D 2.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is RAKA-BHT-04 (⌀9.2 mm) and the largest RAKA-BHT-12L (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
