The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RAKA-ANP-12L at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 8–17) and axial drilling (⌀2.5–9 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RAKA-ANP-12L: 38 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 1.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
