Tension Pin is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–19.6 mm, lengths 30–58 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKB-TSP-12 at 58 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12), hex flat milling (AF 10–17) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is TEKB-TSP-04: 30 mm long at ⌀4 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 7.5. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is TEKB-TSP-04 (⌀4 mm) and the largest TEKB-TSP-10H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
