Tension Cone is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀10–20 mm, lengths 18–33 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKA-TCN-16 at 33 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 17), taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀4–10 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKA-TCN-12K: 30 mm long at ⌀16 mm, L/D 1.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to h8 tolerance; the smallest is TEKA-TCN-06 (⌀10 mm) and the largest TEKA-TCN-16 (⌀20 mm). The family includes hex-drive, tapered, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
