Manufacturing Scope

Drive Pin is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀3–12 mm, lengths 16–44 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKB-THP-12 at 44 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and axial drilling (⌀3 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKB-THP-03: 16 mm long at ⌀3 mm, L/D 5.3. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to m6 tolerance; the smallest is TEKB-THP-03 (⌀3 mm) and the largest TEKB-THP-12 (⌀12 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
