Deviations (mm) are given for the nominal diameter according to the ISO 286-2 tables; thread tolerances (6g/6H) are to ISO 965. For custom sizes/tolerances, contact us with the part code.
Manufacturing Scope
Eyelet Guide is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–18 mm, lengths 8–18 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKA-EYG-14 at 18 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M6, M8), hex flat milling (AF 13) and axial drilling (⌀1.5–6 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKA-EYG-08T: 17 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 1.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h8, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is TEKA-EYG-04 (⌀6 mm) and the largest TEKA-EYG-14 (⌀18 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
