The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKB-AYB-12L at 28 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 13–17), knurling and axial drilling (⌀4–8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKB-AYB-12L: 28 mm long at ⌀18 mm, L/D 1.6. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is TEKB-AYB-06 (⌀10 mm) and the largest TEKB-AYB-12H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
