Shuttle Pin is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–12 mm, lengths 22–48 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKB-MKP-12D at 48 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M6) and axial drilling (⌀4 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKB-MKP-04: 22 mm long at ⌀4 mm, L/D 5.5. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h7, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is TEKB-MKP-04 (⌀4 mm) and the largest TEKB-MKP-12D (⌀12 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
