Manufacturing Scope
Tension Pin is a Textile Machine Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–19.6 mm, lengths 22–48 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is TEKA-TNP-12 at 48 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M8), hex flat milling (AF 10–17), knurling and axial drilling (⌀3–8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is TEKA-TNP-06: 28 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 2.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h7, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is TEKA-TNP-04 (⌀8 mm) and the largest TEKA-TNP-10H (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
