The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BAGB-FLB-10 at 40 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M5, M6, M8, M10) and hex flat milling (AF 8–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BAGB-FLB-08: 39.5 mm long at ⌀17 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
