Manufacturing Scope
Flanged Bolt is a Fasteners family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀12–20 mm, lengths 17.5–40 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BAGB-FLB-10 at 40 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M5, M6, M8, M10) and hex flat milling (AF 8–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BAGB-FLB-08: 39.5 mm long at ⌀17 mm, L/D 2.3. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is BAGB-FLB-01 (⌀12 mm) and the largest BAGB-FLB-10 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
