Shoulder Bolt is a Fasteners family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6.4–16 mm, lengths 21–62 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀16 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BAGB-SHO-10 at 62 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M4 to M12) and hex flat milling (AF 5.5–13). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BAGB-SHO-02: 27 mm long at ⌀6.4 mm, L/D 4.3. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to f7 tolerance; the smallest is BAGB-SHO-01 (⌀6.4 mm) and the largest BAGB-SHO-10 (⌀16 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
