Countersunk Screw DIN 7991 is a Fasteners family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀5.5–20 mm, lengths 13.7–49.4 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BAGA-799-10 at 49.4 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10) and taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BAGA-799-02: 21.7 mm long at ⌀5.5 mm, L/D 3.9. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is BAGA-799-01 (⌀5.5 mm) and the largest BAGA-799-11 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
