Chamfer-Tip Bolt is a Fasteners family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀6.4–19.6 mm, lengths 13–47 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BAGB-CHB-11 at 47 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10) and hex flat milling (AF 5.5–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is BAGB-CHB-07: 33 mm long at ⌀11.5 mm, L/D 2.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is BAGB-CHB-01 (⌀6.4 mm) and the largest BAGB-CHB-11 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
