The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is BAGB-CHB-11 at 47 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10) and hex flat milling (AF 5.5–17). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
