Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is SOMA-KOV-10 at 35 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling and axial drilling (⌀3–10 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is SOMA-KOV-03: 15 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 2.5. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is SOMA-KOV-03 (⌀6 mm) and the largest SOMA-KOV-10 (⌀18 mm). The family includes knurled, bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
