Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is SOMA-FLN-10 at 13.5 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 5.5–15), knurling and axial drilling (⌀3–10 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is SOMA-FLN-10: 13.5 mm long at ⌀19.6 mm, L/D 0.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is SOMA-FLN-03 (⌀7.6 mm) and the largest SOMA-FLN-10 (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
