Knurled Insulation Spacer (Female) is a Spacers & Standoffs family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 12 variants — diameters ⌀6–15 mm, lengths 8–50 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀16 mm bar stock; its longest variant is ARAB-KIS-12 at 50 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling and axial drilling (⌀2.5–6.8 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is ARAB-KIS-06: 35 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 4.4. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is ARAB-KIS-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest ARAB-KIS-12 (⌀15 mm). The family includes knurled, bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
