Manufacturing Scope
Angular Pin is a Mold & Die Components family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 8 variants — diameters ⌀6–18 mm, lengths 61–139 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KALA-ANG-08 at 139 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The most slender variant is KALA-ANG-03: 84 mm long at ⌀8 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 10.5. This ratio is the very reason sliding-head lathes exist. The guide bushing supports the bar immediately beside the cutting point, so there is no deflection; the same part chatters and drifts in diameter on a conventional lathe.
Variants are machined to h7 tolerance; the smallest is KALA-ANG-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest KALA-ANG-08 (⌀18 mm). The family includes tapered, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
