Threaded-Head Ejector is a Mold & Die Components family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀5–18 mm, lengths 49–141 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KALA-TEP-09 at 141 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is KALA-TEP-02: 59 mm long at ⌀6 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 9.8. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is KALA-TEP-01 (⌀5 mm) and the largest KALA-TEP-09 (⌀18 mm). The family includes threaded, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
