Sleeve Ejector is a Mold & Die Components family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀6–19 mm, lengths 40–125 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KALA-SLV-09 at 125 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀3–11 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is KALA-SLV-03: 61 mm long at ⌀8 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 7.6. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to g6 tolerance; the smallest is KALA-SLV-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest KALA-SLV-09 (⌀19 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
