Clamping Pin is a Mold & Die Components family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀8.1–19.6 mm, lengths 28–73 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KALB-SIK-10L at 73 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M4 to M10), hex flat milling (AF 7–17) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KALB-SIK-06L: 50 mm long at ⌀11.5 mm, L/D 4.3. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is KALB-SIK-04 (⌀8.1 mm) and the largest KALB-SIK-10L (⌀19.6 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
