Flexible Coupling Hub is a Couplings & Shaft Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀9–19 mm, lengths 16–30 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPA-EKG-12 at 30 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀3–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPA-EKG-04: 18 mm long at ⌀10 mm, L/D 1.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is KAPA-EKG-03 (⌀9 mm) and the largest KAPA-EKG-12 (⌀19 mm). The family includes bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
