Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPB-FLA-09 at 56 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M5 to M12). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPB-FLA-09: 56 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 2.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is KAPB-FLA-01 (⌀14 mm) and the largest KAPB-FLA-09 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
