Knurled Clamp Hub is a Couplings & Shaft Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀11–20 mm, lengths 20–33 mm, standard material Aluminium (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPA-SKG-12 at 33 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPA-SKG-03: 20 mm long at ⌀11 mm, L/D 1.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is KAPA-SKG-03 (⌀11 mm) and the largest KAPA-SKG-12 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
