Threaded Shaft Adapter is a Couplings & Shaft Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀6–18 mm, lengths 28–64 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPB-DMA-10 at 64 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPB-DMA-02: 32 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 5.3. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is KAPB-DMA-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest KAPB-DMA-10 (⌀18 mm). The family includes threaded, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
