Tapered Transition Hub is a Couplings & Shaft Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 8 variants — diameters ⌀13–20 mm, lengths 27–37 mm, standard material Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPA-GCG-11 at 37 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀4–11 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPA-GCG-04: 27 mm long at ⌀13 mm, L/D 2.1. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is KAPA-GCG-04 (⌀13 mm) and the largest KAPA-GCG-11 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
