Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPA-RJK-12 at 38 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀4–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPA-RJK-12: 38 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to H7 tolerance; the smallest is KAPA-RJK-04 (⌀12 mm) and the largest KAPA-RJK-12 (⌀20 mm). The family includes bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
