Threaded Coupling Hub is a Couplings & Shaft Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 9 variants — diameters ⌀11–19 mm, lengths 20–30 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KAPA-DKG-12 at 30 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M8, M10, M12). Bores in this family run ⌀4–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KAPA-DKG-06: 24 mm long at ⌀13 mm, L/D 1.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is KAPA-DKG-04 (⌀11 mm) and the largest KAPA-DKG-12 (⌀19 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
