Terminal Pin is a Connector Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀1.6–11 mm, lengths 13–51 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀12 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KONA-TRM-60 at 51 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The most slender variant is KONA-TRM-08: 13 mm long at ⌀1.6 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 8.1. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.
Variants are machined to h9 tolerance; the smallest is KONA-TRM-08 (⌀1.6 mm) and the largest KONA-TRM-60 (⌀11 mm). The family includes multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
