Crocodile Adapter Tip is a Connector Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀4–15 mm, lengths 13–22 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀16 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KONB-KRA-06 at 22 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M3, M4, M5, M6), hex flat milling (AF 7–13), knurling and axial drilling (⌀1.6–3 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KONB-KRA-01: 13 mm long at ⌀4 mm, L/D 3.3. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is KONB-KRA-01 (⌀4 mm) and the largest KONB-KRA-10 (⌀15 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
