Test Probe Tip (Conical) is a Connector Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀2–6 mm, lengths 7–19 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀6 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KONB-TPK-10 at 19 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M2, M3), taper turning and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is KONB-TPK-04: 14 mm long at ⌀3 mm, L/D 4.7. This ratio is achievable on a conventional lathe as well; the sliding-head advantage in series work is that the part never leaves the machine, so the size does not drift from variant to variant.

Variants are machined to h6, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is KONB-TPK-01 (⌀2 mm) and the largest KONB-TPK-10 (⌀6 mm). The family includes threaded, tapered, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
