Pen Tip (Sharp Probe) is a Connector Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀2–6.4 mm, lengths 18–39 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
Variants are machined to h7, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is KONB-KLM-01 (⌀2 mm) and the largest KONB-KLM-09 (⌀6.4 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, tapered, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
