RF Test Pin is a Connector Pins family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀1.5–8.1 mm, lengths 12–23 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). The family is machined from ⌀10 mm bar stock; its longest variant is KONB-RFP-10 at 23 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M2, M3), hex flat milling (AF 5.5–7), knurling and axial drilling (⌀1–2 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The most slender variant is KONB-RFP-01: 12 mm long at ⌀1.5 mm, a length-to-diameter ratio of 8.0. A part this slender needs tailstock support on a conventional lathe. On a sliding-head lathe the guide bushing holds the bar right next to the cutting edge, so the part is machined without a centre.

Variants are machined to h5, 6g tolerance classes; the smallest is KONB-RFP-01 (⌀1.5 mm) and the largest KONB-RFP-10 (⌀8.1 mm). The family includes threaded, hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
