Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OPTB-ADJ-12 at 44 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M3 to M10) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OPTB-ADJ-01: 16 mm long at ⌀6 mm, L/D 2.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is OPTB-ADJ-01 (⌀6 mm) and the largest OPTB-ADJ-12 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
