The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-DTP-10 at 46 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-DTP-04: 32 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 2.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
