Deviations (mm) are given for the nominal diameter according to the ISO 286-2 tables; thread tolerances (6g/6H) are to ISO 965. For custom sizes/tolerances, contact us with the part code.
Manufacturing Scope
Wing Screw is a Custom Turned Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀12–20 mm, lengths 15–44 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-WNG-10 at 44 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M4, M5, M6, M8) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-WNG-10: 44 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 2.2. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is OZEA-WNG-01 (⌀12 mm) and the largest OZEA-WNG-10 (⌀20 mm). The family includes threaded, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
