The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-WNG-10 at 44 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (M4, M5, M6, M8) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-WNG-10: 44 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 2.2. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
