End Cap is a Custom Turned Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀6–20 mm, lengths 8–18 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEB-CAP-16 at 18 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning and knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀4–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEB-CAP-08: 12 mm long at ⌀8 mm, L/D 1.5. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
