Knurled Thumb Screw is a Custom Turned Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀8–16 mm, lengths 12–38 mm, standard material Stainless Steel (also steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀16 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-THB-10 at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (5 sizes from M3 to M8) and knurling. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-THB-10: 38 mm long at ⌀16 mm, L/D 2.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is OZEA-THB-01 (⌀8 mm) and the largest OZEA-THB-10 (⌀16 mm). The family includes threaded, knurled, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
