The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEB-FRL-20 at 32 mm. The family is produced by turning alone. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEB-FRL-08: 17 mm long at ⌀9 mm, L/D 1.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
