Tapered Transition Hub is a Custom Turned Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 11 variants — diameters ⌀9–20 mm, lengths 16–30 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEB-HUB-20 at 30 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–12 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEB-HUB-06: 16 mm long at ⌀9 mm, L/D 1.8. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to h10 tolerance; the smallest is OZEB-HUB-06 (⌀9 mm) and the largest OZEB-HUB-20 (⌀20 mm). The family includes tapered, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
