Star Grip Nut is a Custom Turned Parts family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀10–20 mm, lengths 8–16 mm, standard material Brass (also steel, stainless, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request an instant quote with the code you need.

The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-STN-09 at 16 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3.3–10.2 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.

The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-STN-03: 11 mm long at ⌀12 mm, L/D 0.9. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.

Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is OZEA-STN-01 (⌀10 mm) and the largest OZEA-STN-10 (⌀20 mm). The family includes knurled, bored variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
