The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-KNB-10 at 27 mm. Besides turning, the family requires taper turning, knurling and axial drilling (⌀2.5–8.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-KNB-10: 27 mm long at ⌀20 mm, L/D 1.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
