The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEA-HXN-08 at 18 mm. Besides turning, the family requires hex flat milling (AF 7–17), knurling and axial drilling (⌀3.3–8.5 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEA-HXN-04: 15 mm long at ⌀15 mm, L/D 1.0. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6H tolerance; the smallest is OZEA-HXN-01 (⌀12 mm) and the largest OZEA-HXN-08 (⌀20 mm). The family includes hex-drive, knurled, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
