The family is machined from ⌀20 mm bar stock; its longest variant is OZEB-KNR-15 at 26 mm. Besides turning, the family requires knurling. Bores in this family run ⌀3.2–14 mm. All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is OZEB-KNR-08: 24 mm long at ⌀9 mm, L/D 2.7. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
