Threaded Spacer Bushing is a Bearing & Seal Adapters family precision-turned on a Goodway SW-20, covering 10 variants — diameters ⌀9–18 mm, lengths 13–38 mm, standard material Steel (also stainless steel, brass or aluminium). Every variant's part code, dimension and tolerance is listed below; request a quote with the code you need.
The family is machined from ⌀18 mm bar stock; its longest variant is RULA-DMK-M10L at 38 mm. Besides turning, the family requires thread turning (6 sizes from M4 to M12) and axial drilling (⌀3–10 mm). All of it is completed in a single setup, without the part leaving the machine.
The variant with the highest length-to-diameter ratio is RULA-DMK-M10L: 38 mm long at ⌀16 mm, L/D 2.4. A short, rigid body: what governs the result here is not deflection but diameter tolerance and surface finish.
Variants are machined to 6g tolerance; the smallest is RULA-DMK-M4 (⌀9 mm) and the largest RULA-DMK-M12 (⌀18 mm). The family includes threaded, bored, multi-step variants. Custom sizes, tolerances or materials are produced to the part code on request.
